It was fun but the units could use a little TLC.

The location is great. The pool was also a good time.

The backdoor to our unit wouldn't close correctly. The sky light in the bathroom was leaking when the storm came one evening. All of the decor on the walls were broken. The couch needed replaced, it was sat on one too many times.

Honest Opinion

The balcony and the quiet time hour after a certain time was very relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

The house was not cleaned. The bed covers were dirty. There were dead mayflies in the unit . Also the blinds were broken, the door knobs jammed, the refrigerator was unclean. Also the bathroom had a large hole in the wall.

it was in the perfect location not to far from down town but far enough to where we weren’t bother by the hustle and bustle

No bueno

Dog footprints on all floors and couches, leaking toilet, mold on bathroom blinds. Mold in doorway, no backdoor lock, no curtains.. all in all just horrible, smelled horrible. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Right next to the pool. Staff was friendly

The screen was broken on the left hand door. Also, the outside wooden table was rotting and some pieces came off

Liked the decor, atmosphere /style of the cabin

Some of the doors don’t shut properly (need shaved down some) the toilet seats slide & the step to back deck isn’t connected almost fell

Insect infiltration: I was called consistently to kill bugs by daughter and wife

Great location on the island

The bathroom toilet hadn't been flushed- upon flushing, it overflowed waste flowing all over the bathroom floor from the previous renter!!! upon calling the number for help a pickup and hang up continue FOR 10 minutes before the office closed. after that we got a voicemail saying that the office was closed.. the unit was not sealed well openings at door half-inch cracks around well and kitchen window allow bugs to come in from outside The bugs entering the cabin were called love bugs they were attracted to light. we are used to bugs being attracted to light but not inside your living facility!! The sliding door on the front side had a half-inch crack at the bottom of the sliding glass doors on the front side of the cabin would not close. also dead bugs on top of the stove.

Great location, spacious, pool… great for family away from home; staff responsive

No curtains in kitchen and lace curtains in bedrooms; floors needed mopped (could’ve used a cleaning); squeaky and uncomfortable beds

Not happy with the stay at all

Nothing

The place wasn’t clean and you had set rules but the 700 collage kids that stayed the same weekend was crazy and loud all hours of the night will not stay there again my sister find a pair and cooking tongs in the couch glass under the couch very poor cleaning skills
