Great hotel, awesome location.

It was close to everything on the main strip and the boardwalk. Staff was pleasant, and being able to borrow beach chairs and towels for the day, with no fee, was really a nice touch. We would definitely return here.

Walls were a bit thin. Not a party crowd at the hotel, so this wasn’t a huge problem. But there was a toddler in the room next door crying a lot the last night, and we heard it all.

I liked the seaside decor: white, beige, gray, and aqua. The desk staff were helpful. The room was clean and everything was in good repair.

My neighbors on one side were loud when I was trying to fall asleep. I called the desk, and they took care of the matter.

Rehoboth is very clean and friendly. The shops are great, too.

The location and cleanliness were fantastic. Staff is very friendly; comp coffee/water

It didn't seem any money was put into soundproofing. Unfortunately I was unable to sleep in due to the conversations in the hallway sounding as if they were in my room (6ish am).

Nice hotel

Nice clean large rooms. Convenient parking to short blocks from the beach.

No counter in the bathroom. I had to put all of my Toiletries on the table in the main room but I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying at the hotel again.

Another great stay in a great value boutique-styled hotel. Highly recommend the King Suite.

Brighton Suites is the best value in Rehoboth Beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The room (King Suite) was spacious and well-maintained. Could see the ocean from bedroom window. This was our second stay in two years. Both rooms were great. We will be back.

Parking garage was tight, even for a midsize SUV. Interior hallways felt unheated.

amazingly clean

The location was very nice and it was super clean. Loved the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for rain not the beach).

even though the area in the hallways were nice - would liked to have a place to cut through rather than walk all the way to the end of the halls.

Dirty and expensive

Location was nice, not too far from the beach. We stayed in this hotel before so we knew we liked the location.

When we got to our room, there was sand all over the bathroom, sand all over the pull out couch and used tissues still around the hotel room. We complained about six times to the front desk and nothing was done. Used to come here every summer but will be finding a different hotel due to the nasty staff, unclean room, and expensive stay.

location was great, a few blocks to the beach and a few blocks to ALL that Rehoboth has to offer.

Rooms are spacious, but walls are very thin. We were kept up at night a few times. Management addressed the issue.

Wonderful hotel! Would definitely stay there again!

The room was great! Plenty of space . Super clean. Felt homey and comfortable. The staff was always friendly. Cleaning service was great and they came twice a day. beds were comfortable. Very quiet hotel.

Everything was great! We didn’t use the pool and I missed having a balcony.
